Massive congrats to Rowan Sutton our Go Harder competition major prize winner.  He’ll soon be the happy recipient of $2,000 in prizes; and our four runners-up Mark Makin, Chelsea Ransom, Kahlia Marsh and Dan Young will each receive $500 in prizes.  (Read all their stories below.)

Believe us, it was no easy task going through the huge spreadsheet of entries – so many worthy sports and physical challenges, you are an ambitious lot!

Thanks to everyone who entered and take note any club or team members who missed out: for our next competition starting in December 2013 we’re giving away cash to worthy teams, crews and clubs.

Major prize winner

Rowan Sutton’s hoping to qualify for the 2015 World Youth Games for athletics so the $2000 is going towards events and training to help make his dream come true.

Runners-up

Mark Makin’s competing in next year’s Enduro season and $500 will help with new gear and membership fees.

Chelsea Ransom has set a goal to compete in the Sorrento 2km swim in January 2014.  A wetsuit will get her into the ocean for training – at the moment she’s confined to her local pool!

Country Victoria resident Kahlia Marsh is a middle distance swimmer with her sights set on the Commonwealth Games trials – good luck!

Dan Young is going to the Australian Ultimate Disc National Championships in April 2014 – $500 will help fund entry fees and travel costs.

Hope you all thrive in 2014, look forward to hearing how you go!  (Harder we hope.)
